History

In 1935, Debbie Trainor lived with her family in North Dakota.

One day, the principal at Larry's school reported him to Gerald and Debbie for homosexual activity. Though Gerald refused to believe the claim, saying the principal simply had a grudge against Larry, Debbie knew it was true and feared for the family's reputation if the community found out.
