Deever Tweed, a.k.a. Tweedledee, was a member of the criminal duo known as Tweedledum and Tweedledee and also the leader of the Wonderland Gang.

History

He usually wore a beanie with a propeller on the top of it.

During their first crime in Gotham City, Deever stole jewels from a jewelry store, while his cousin, Dumfrey, stole furs from a warehouse. When Batman and Robin located their hideout, Deever and Dumfrey were stopped and captured by the Dynamic Duo.

At the time of the great gang war of Gotham, Tweedledum and Tweedledee were present at the massive criminal gathering in Robinson Park and during the following encounter with the GCPD, Dumfrey was murdered in the shooting.

Deever and his cousin and Dumfrey's brother, Dumson, restarted the Wonderland Gang with the Walrus and the Carpenter and attempted to rob a bank. However, they were stopped by Batman, Nightwing, and Robin and were arrested by the GCPD.
