Deever Tweed, aka Tweedledee was a member of the criminal team known as Tweedledum and Tweedledee and also the leader of the Wonderland Gang. He usually wears the helicopter cap.

During their first crime in Gotham City, Deever stole jewels from an important store, while his cousin Dumfrey stole a clothing store. When Batman and Robin located their hideout, Deever and Dumfrey were stopped and captured by the dynamic duo.[1]

At the time of the great gang war of Gotham, Tweedledum and Tweedledee were present at the massive criminal gathering in Robinson Park and during the following encounter with the GCPD, Dumfrey Tweed was murdered in the shooting.[2]

Deever and his cousin, Dumson restarted the Wonderland Gang with Walrus and Carpenter and attempted to rob a bank. However, they were stopped by Batman, Nightwing and Robin and were arrested by the GCPD.[3]
