Dennis Samuel Ellis was a resident of the Garden State Medical Center in Jersey City, when Dr. Arthur Villain recruited him to be his bodyguard. Armed with a special suit, Dennis earned money as a bodyguard, changing his name to Skorpio.

History

While killing some villains, he was eventually arrested by Steel. As a result of the arrest, he lost his license to practice medicine and gained an immense hatred of Steel. Later Skorpio joined The Society to earn some extra money and soon after was sent to a prison planet.
