History
Deregon was governor of the Australia region and was the elected ruler of one seventh of Earth according to President Kandro Boltax.
Chemical King of the Legion of Super-Heroes died preventing Deregon and the Dark Circle's plan to start World War VII. Later the Legion and the Science Police apprehended Deregon.
