Despero was a criminal from the planet Kalanor.

History

Hearing about the Green Bell of Uthool, Red Jar of Calythos, and Silver Wheel of Nyorlath and formulated a plan to acquire all three magical items. He broke into the Super Friends Satellite and informed the Super Friends that the other objects were in danger, tricking them into bringing the three together. Unfortunately for Despero, he triggered the automatic security system. He was trapped and unable to obtain his desired power.
