- Bullock's flashback takes place during his first year as a Gotham City police officer. Considering that he is in his sixties in the present day, these events likely occurred in the 1980s, approximately forty years earlier.
Trivia
- Bullock was fired by Commissioner Savage in Batman (Volume 3) #157.
