Synopsis for Batman: "The Case of the Famous Foes"
A fugitive criminal has managed to get into an insane asylum and he convinces three patients to join him by pretending he is another historical figure as they all believe to be. They start a crime spree and the Washington Police Department summon Batman and Robin to their city.
The Dynamic Duo soon find the criminals and realize that one of them is manipulating the others.
