Synopsis for Batman: "The Crime Parade"

The Joker begins a new robbery spree based on the most requested song of the day on the radio. Batman deduces Joker's targets, but he is unable to prevent the crimes. As the Dynamic Duo confront Joker and his gang during one of the robberies, Robin is kidnapped and taken to Joker's hideout. Batman then realizes that the Joker is fixing the songs by mailing in hundreds of requests. After a detailed investigation, Batman follows one of Joker's thugs who mails the letters, back to the criminal's hideout. Once inside, Batman falls into a trap, but after Joker leaves the place, he manages to escape along with Robin and they confront his foe at the scene of another crime. This time Batman is victorious, and the Joker is returned to prison.

Synopsis for Air-Wave: "The Crime Express"

District Attorney Larry Jordan captures a gang member named Shifty. He escorts him back to town aboard an express train. However Shifty's boss, Kid Fashion, is planning a train robbery. Larry allows Shifty to escape so that he can become Air Wave. Air Wave then prevents the train robbery. In doing so he also helps engineer Jed Hayes keep his perfect record for on-time arrivals.

Synopsis for Slam Bradley: "Shorty of the Royal Mounted"

Slam and Shorty follow Lobo Leonard and his gang to Canada. They become temporary Mounties, giving the detectives authority to pursue the crooks. Lobo likes to bite spikes in half, and he's plenty mean. He and his pack of killers try to eliminate their pursuers several times, but Slam and his partner escape with their lives. Shorty finally lures Lobo's gang into the open where Slam can capture them. Shorty handles Lobo himself, with a specially made explosive.

Synopsis for Boy Commandos: "Assignment in London"

The Boy Commandos are asked to perform in a movie being filmed in London. On the set, Alfy receives a letter from his aunt telling him that he has been accepted at Oxford University. Though Alfy doesn't want to leave the Commandos, Rip Carter convinces him to go get his education. The Commandos then finish shooting their movie. However, a gang of jewel thieves attempts to steal the Crown Jewels. A young rodeo performer named Tex assists the Commandos in apprehending the crooks. With Alfy gone, the Commandos accept Tex as a new teammate.
