Batman and Robin are called in to investigate a legendary monster wreaking havoc on a movie crew on Skull Island. During the final underwater confrontation, Batman discovers a sunken ship and also finds out that the monster is a robot controlled by one of the film's producers. The Dynamic Duo are finally able to stop the man sabotaging the film and they learn that he wanted to keep a bed of oysters carrying rare black pearls from being discovered, so he could profit from them alone.
