Synopsis for Batman: "Bruce Wayne Unmasks Batman!"

When Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson are invited to appear on the William B. Williams show, they're shocked to find that the other guests to appear are Batman and Robin. The show is interfered with by some crooks who manage to knock all on set unconscious and unmask "Batman" and "Robin" and follow them home after the show. However, before the crooks can kill the impersonators, the real Batman and Robin show up and make short work of them.

The following day, Wayne and Grayson and the fake Batman and Robin appear on the William B. Williams show once more. There, the impostors unmask themselves and inform the audience that they are really college students who make a living attending college parties imitating Batman and Robin.

Notes

Trivia

  • William B. Williams was a real, highly prominent, New York City disc jockey in the mid-1960s, though not a "youth music"/rock'n'roll DJ, rather a DJ on NYC's main "adult standards" station, (aka a so-called "Sinatra station").
