Synopsis for "Death Shares the Spotlight!"

When taken out on a date by Jason Bard to see the play "Invitation to Murder", the couple soon finds themselves entangled in an attempted murder of Hollywood's "Royal Couple" Robbie and Tiz Marlow. Leaving Jason behind to guard the starlets, Babs goes off to call the police.

After the crime is reported, both Jason and Barbara begin their own investigations. This leads Batgirl to Gotham Arena, which is currently putting on a western exhibition which features Big Chuck Walla, who is resonsible for the attempt on the Marlows lives.

Battling Walla, Batgirl and Jason learn that the reason he tried to kill Robbie was because Tiz was secretly going to marry Walla, but left him instead for Barlow and that his attempt to murder was out of jealousy over the couple.
