Synopsis for "Electric City, Part One: Wired"
Professional thief and killer Elmo Galvan is captured by Batman minutes before his escape from the United States, and swiftly sentenced to death by electrocution. Years after his supposed execution, however, Galvan resurfaces with a lethal electrical weapon and a vendetta against the five men who had watched his execution. After he successfully kills two of them - Blackgate Prison's former warden and his own defense attorney - the police and Batman begin to investigate. During these events, Commissioner Gordon also considers proposing to Detective Essen.
Unbeknownst to any of them, however, there is a third interested party: a new Electrocutioner looking to make a name as a vigilante by apprehending Galvan. Eventually, Batman tracks Galvan down to the sewers, but is knocked unconscious by the Electrocutioner's shock gloves before he can apprehend Galvan. Upon hearing Batman's radio connection short out, a worried Robin charges into the sewers, after his mentor.
