Synopsis for "Deadbolt"
Two-Face is being taken to Arkham Asylum when suddenly the police car is struck by another car. Two-Face thinks it is all part of a plan to take him out, but then Lock-Up shows up and knocks Two-Face out, and leaves the scene carrying the criminal.
Batman, Robin and Nightwing watch the crime scene investigation and know that there is someone abducting criminals and taking them to an unknown place. They discuss the matter further with the recently reinstated Commissioner Gordon.
Lock-Up takes Harvey Dent to his secret jail where he is holding Allergent and Killer Moth prisoner. He is an abusive jailer and uses extreme force with his inmates.
Batman devises a plan to catch Lock-Up's attention. He pays a visit to Joe Rabbit and his accomplices and forces him to surrender himself to the police. Batman and Jim Gordon agree on letting Rabbit out on parole if he speaks about Black Mask's illegal activities. It is all over the newspapers and Lock-Up decides to abduct Rabbit as well. Unlucky for the plan, Black Mask also notices the news and sends the False Face Society to deal with Rabbit.
Rabbit is under police protection in a hotel while Nightwing is surveilling the outside. When the False Face Society arrive, Nightwing tells Batman, and Batman attacks them inside the hotel. Robin is waiting inside as well and together they take out the whole gang. At that moment, upstairs, Lock-Up appears out of nowhere and is ready to take Rabbit with him but Harvey Bullock and Renee Montoya take him down and bring the man to justice.
Batman is unhappy with the result. He wanted Lock-Up to tell where he had taken the criminals he abducted. Lock-Up tells the police that if he is convicted, he won't tell them where his prisoners are and they will die from starvation.
