Synopsis for "The Chain"

Lock-Up has captured Robin, while he was working undercover. Lock-Up brings him to his own personal prison. Robin is unable to contact anyone, at first, but he finally gets a hold of Nightwing. Nightwing tries to free Robin, but winds up freeing the entire jail, including Two-Face and Killer Moth. Eventually, Batman is forced to show up and save them. Meanwhile, Commissioner Gordon investigates the remaining problems with the clench.
