Synopsis for "Evolution II: Unity of Purpose"
Whisper A'Daire and Kyle Abbott continue their master's plans for Gotham City, telling gang leaders Ekin Tzu and Able Crown that it was their rivals, the Odessa Mob and the Escabedo Cartel, who killed Tzu's wife and destroyed Crown's youth center. Whisper convinces Tzu that she has been sent from the heavens to aid him and demonstrated a snake-like ability to spit poison.
Batman and the police investigate the explosion and murders and after gathering many clues, Batman comes to the conclusion that Ra's al Ghul is behind it all. Meanwhile, Abbott kidnaps Vasily Kosov and Emanuel Escabedo, handing the two men over to their rivals, who shoot them in cold blood for their supposed actions. At that moment, Batman confronted Whisper, trying to discover what she is really doing in his city and thus he is unable to prevent the killings of Escabedo and Kosov. Batman arrives at the crime scene to late to save them and Whisper seized the chance to escape.
