Synopsis for "Passings"
Bruce Wayne continues to date Vesper Fairchild, with bodyguard Sasha Bordeaux feeling increasingly awkward. Meanwhile, Inspector Esperanza enlists the help of Renée Montoya in his investigations into the death of Jordan Reynolds. He knows that the man was killed by mob enforcer Michael Bonetti, but suspects a cop tipped Bonetti off to Reynolds' identity and location.
Batman takes Sasha out on patrol with him for the first time, complete with costume and mask, introducting her to the terror and elation of swinging across the rooftops and apprehending criminals. The next day, Montoya confronts Harvey Bullock, making it clear that she knows it was him who caused Reynolds' death. His response is to march into Commissioner Akins' office and resign from the GCPD.

Synopsis for "Trail of the Catwoman, Part 4"
Selina Kyle has come to find Slam Bradley having heard that he would never give up his investigation into her whereabouts. Having met her, though, he decides to give up the case, as it's obviously pointless to search for somebody who is dead, and he burns all his notes on her. The Mayor does not take this well and ensures that Bradley receives a beating from corrupt members of the police force. Bradley thinks the pain is worth it.
