Synopsis for "Purity, Part 3 of 3"
Ekin-Tzu flies away with Nine Pound to the bell tower of an abandoned church and starts questioning the man about the sources of the poisoned heroin.
Meanwhile, Batman and David Said confront each other after Tzu escaped them both. Batman takes Said down with ease and before too long, Batman goes on the hunt for Ekin Tzu and Said follows him closely.
At that moment, Montoya and Allen are discussing the recent event with Alfred Pennyworth and they conclude that the man might be covering Bruce or he doesn't know anything at all.
Batman spots the place where Tzu is hiding and goes behind it. Said is told to follow Batman and do whatever it takes to get Batman on his side. When Batman arrives at the place, he finds that Tzu has left and he questions Nine Pound about the information he gave Tzu. Once the man tells everything to Batman, Tzu comes back and attacks Batman and they start fighting each other once again. David Said witness the fight and after a while, Batman and Tzu come back to the bell tower, where Tzu accidentaly knocks Nine Pound off the ledge of the tower. However, Batman saves the man and Tzu realizes that Batman is not his enemy and hi allows the Gotham City Police Department to take him into custody after talking to Batman.
Said asks Batman about the information Nine Pound gave him, but before revealing anything, Batman wants to know why is Checkmate so interested in the poisoned drugs in Gotham City. Said tries to tell Batman that it is all for justice but Batman doesn't buy it. Said then explains that they think that Lex Luthor is somehow involved in the poisoned heroin and that they need to uncover any illegal activities. Batman tell Said that Nine Pound just gave him a name: Evan Hasley.
Elsehwere, Hasley meets Branford Landis, who puts a pill on Hasley's drink without him noticing. Landis goes on his way and Hasley takes a sip from his beverage and moments later he is dies from a heart attack.

Synopsis for "Josie Mac: Lost Voices Part 8"
After the murdering of Josie's father, she has been assigned police protection. However, when she is alone on the rooftop of the building, Batman appears and offers her a chance she can't refuse. Batman wants Josie's help to solve the case and find the responsible for her father's dead.
Together, they go to the Antonelli's place and with Batman's skills, they pass the security system in less than ten minutes. Once inside, Batman tries to find an object that might make Josie's special ability to kick in but nothing in the place is of help. Josie takes a look at an old photo album and she finds a picture of the baby Anthony and she remembered something very strange. She tells Batman that when the old woman gave her Anthony's bag, she felt that the kid has been wanting to go to a man with a face like his. Considering that Anthony's left side of his face is freckled and "scarred", Batman has a hunch of who might be the kidnapper.
Josie goes back to her apartment and before dawn, Batman calls her to confirm their greatest fears. Two-Face has the kid.
