Synopsis for Batman: "The Man of a Thousand Umbrellas"
Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson realize that they have been idle for too long and they decide to get an old criminal out of retirement; the Penguin. Posing as umbrella repairmen, Bruce and Dick get the attention of the Penguin, who is still a wanted criminal at large. When one of his trick umbrellas is damaged, he asks Bruce and Dick's service to repair the umbrella, but he never gets directly in contact with them.
Batman and Robin decide to take the direct approach and they try to capture the Penguin by all means necessary, but the Penguin manages to keep the upper hand in their encounters, with help from his great collection of trick umbrellas. Penguin succeeds and traps the Dynamic Duo in a secret basement, but Batman breaks free using one of Penguin's own umbrellas. Before going to fight once more, Batman and Robin prepare a trap for the Penguin by opening all his umbrellas and during the subsequent fight and chase, Penguin falls in Batman's trap and is finally captured and taken to the GCPD Headquarters.
