Dex-Starr is a member of the Red Lantern Corps.

History

Dexter was an Earth cat whose owner, a boy named Toby was massacred along with his parents by Amazo, sent by Ra's al Ghul and Solovar. Developing a vicious rage for the perpetrators, Dexter was granted a Red Lantern Ring and invited to join the Red Lantern Corps.

Taking the name Dex-Starr, the cat would work closely with the Red Lantern's leader Atrocitus, accompanying him on a mission to Earth to recruit Hal Jordan during Brainiac's attack.
