Dhabar is the capital city of Qurac. During the Bialyan invasion, it was the site of traditional and metahuman warfare. Many of its citizens fled, including Gabrielle Daou and her family.

Notes
- In Robin (Volume 2), Dhabar is presented as Arabic. However, the appearances in Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight #128 to 131 portray it as East Asian instead.
