Zoraida the Elf Queen was not an elf queen - she was Diane Dorst, a zealous environmentalist. Her rampage was stopped by Power Girl.

History

She came into possession of a spellbook through which she summoned an army of ogres, goblins, and other fantasy creatures. Dubbing herself "Zoraida, Queen of the Elves," she lead an attack on the Brooklyn Bridge to overthrow the technocracy and return the city back to its natural state.

After being defeated by Power Girl and Terra, she was offered an internship at an eco-friendly firm where her enthusiasm could be put to good use. Her spellbook was placed in the JSA Trophy Room.
