Dinah Drake is a SCPD sergeant who secretly conspired with the Dark Archer to destroy the Glades.
History
At some point in time, Dinah Drake became a sergeant of the Starling City Police Department. However, she was corrupt as she was helping Tommy Merlyn aka Dark Archer in his insane plan to destroy the Glades in order to avenge his late sister; in secret, she also cooperated with Queen-Merlyn Enterprises's head security, Rene Ramirez.
After Malcolm Merlyn was attacked by an alternate Oliver Queen, disguised as the 'Hood, Dinah Drake questioned the businessman, asking him the possible reasons behind the vigilante's attack.
She was eventually arrested by SCPD after Tommy Merlyn was defeated by the Emerald Archer; Dinah was taken to the police headquarters where she faded away from existence, along with Rene Ramirez and the other Earth-2 residents, as her universe was annihilated by an anti-matter wave which was sent by the Anti-Monitor to test his anti-matter cannon.[1]

- This version of Dinah Drake seems to not be a metahuman.
- This may imply that she was not undercover in Central City the night the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator exploded, unlike on Earth-1.
- It is unknown if Dinah was somehow brought back to life in the new version of Earth-2 after the rebirth of the Multiverse.
