History

Hits and Myths

After graduating from the Super Hero High School, Dinah Drake formed a band called Birds of Prey with Magpie and Black Condor. They participated in a battle of bands, and the ultimate prize was a stolen Batplane. And after rescuing Professor Etrigan and sending him to safety away from Trigon, Batgirl and her friends fought Black Canary and the Birds of Prey to get the Batplane back in Smallville, defeated them, and the band was arrested.

Out of the Bottle

After what happened, Black Canary was released and dissolved her band to pursue her career as a solo singer. When the living doodles led by a psychotic drawing of Harley Quinn attacked the Super-Buy, Black Canary decided to help Katana, Bumblebee, Wonder Woman and the rest of the heroes by joining forces to stop the doodles. But when doodle Harley and her minions realized that Enchantress was planning to destroy Super Hero High, they went to defend the school; which also led to an alliance between the flesh and blood heroes with their doodle dopplegangers, but all of them were defeated by Enchantress's doodles. And when it seemed that she had won, Harley Quinn arrived with a doodle pen, with which she erased Enchantress's doodles and, to make amends for her mistake, erased the dopplegangers as well, including hers. And after the Super Hero Girls defeated Enchantress, Black Canary befriended Katana, who told her that she can help out them anytime they need her.
