Dionysus is an international criminal who focuses on shady dealings over the dark web. His right hand man Damocles was his man in the field, earning him the name "Dionysus" to coincide with the ancient story of the Sword of Damocles.

History

Dionysus' operations were discovered almost simultaneously by both Batman and Bane, who both tried to stop him but were, instead, both captured and sent to a hidden prison in Romania. Together, they escaped and, though Dionysus agreed to surrender peacefully, he was abducted by Bane. Dionysus, in exchange for his life, offered to aid Bane in world conquest.
