Disruptor is a super-villain legacy name used by antagonists to the Teen Titans. The original was Michael Beldon, a man involved with H.I.V.E. who created a high-tech suit with the ability to disrupt the natural order of things. This included forces of nature and even super-powers. His successor Angelica Smith is a member of the Terror Titans assembled by Clock King, who made her believe that Beldon was her father. Disruptor was created by Marv Wolfman, George Perez and Romeo Tanghal, first appearing in New Teen Titans #20. (1982)
