Synopsis for Batman: "The Rookie"
Following the end of the Joker's Endgame battle with Batman and their apparent deaths, Gotham City holds a vigil with flashlight Batsignals.
On TV Geri Powers, a CEO taking over Wayne Enterprises, promises to honour the fallen hero. She approaches Jim Gordon and offers him a chance to don a Bat-suit, become the man he respects most and protect his city like he never could before.
