Dmitri Pushkin is a Russian superhero and former member of Justice League International.
History
During his tenure with the JLI, Pushkin was the victim of a prank perpetrated by his teammate the Blue Beetle, who placed a note apologizing for damages on his undamaged car.[1] Rocket Red also served in the League's European branch, with which he fought the supervillain the Time Commander.[2]

- Rocket Red was created by Keith Giffen, J.M. DeMatteis, and Kevin Maguire, first appearing in Green Lantern Corps #209. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Rocket Red first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in The Human Target #1 by Tom King and Greg Smallwood.
