Doctor Dome is the psychopathic arch-nemesis of Plastic Man. Always seen wearing a dome-shaped helmet that hides the upper half of his face in order to keep his true identity a secret, he is deluded yet brilliant inventor and scientist who spends most of his time thinking of ways of destroying the stretchable superhero. He sometimes allies himself with other criminals, but primarily works with his beautiful and more down-to-earth daughter Lynx.
Doctor Dome was created by Arnold Drake and Gil Kane, and first appeared in Plastic Man (Volume 2) #1. (1966)
