Synopsis for "Power Failures, Power Successes!"
Kent and Inza Nelson move their things to the New York apartment and they keep the body of old Kent Nelson, now occupied by former Lord of Order Shat-Ru. Inza gets concerned that they have to deal with him much longer and she becomes Doctor Fate in order to go looking for The Lords of Order, without success.
Upon returning to Earth, Inza and Nelson meet some of the new neighbors near her new home and Inza takes the chance to help them using her powers as Doctor Fate. Being helpful makes Inza feel better, but afterwards, she returns home and realizes that the Helmet of Fate can talk.
