Synopsis for "The Night of Brahma, Part Five: Sunrise"

Reality has ceased to exist, but the ashes of Andrew Bennett gather once more and he returns to life. Bennett believes he is the only being that exists, much to his frustration. However, Doctor Fate shows up and together, they witness how reality is born and they are marvelled at the creation of everything. Their experience allows them to understand the whole purpose of existing.

Fate fights Typhon

After a wholesome episode of grandiose proportions, Fate and Bennett return to they reality they had left. They realize that the universe didn't cease to exist, but instead, it paused for a moment, enough to show them the truth. Bennett and Fate have transcended normal undestanding and the Lords of Order realize that their plans to destroy existence has been futile.

Typhon gloats about the Lords of Order's failure and he ends the truce between Fate and Nabu. Typhon turns into a giant with Jack Small's body and attacks them. In retaliation, Fate also grows in size and attacks the Lord of Chaos, using powers and abilities beyond what he should've been able considering his knowledge. Typhon is defeated and removed from Jack Small's body, after which Fate talks to his friend, Andrew Bennett.

The cursed vampire has found inner peace, knowing that his existence is not meaningless and as the sun rises, he plays the flute as he burns peacefully. Linda and Eric return to their human form, as they have exhausted the powers of Doctor Fate. Without any means to return home, they start walking and they reflect on the fact that they just saved the universe.
