An alien of unknown origin. "Doctor Hudson" was among the prisoners freed from the Phantom Zone, when Clark Kent escaped from it.
History
Some time later, the phantom attacked Clark at the Kent Farm and trapped him in a nightmare world, where Clark was a patient at a mental hospital. However, the phantom was defeated by Clark, with the aid of the Martian Manhunter and returned to the Phantom Zone.
