• Hydrokinesis: Doctor Skuba can "speak" to water and command it down to the last watery molecule. He controls water constrict and drown his enemies.

• Doctor Skuba was created by Jack Kirby, first appearing in OMAC #8. However, in the Prime Earth continuity he first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Infinity Man and the Forever People #4 by Dan DiDio and Keith Giffen.

• Like most humans, Doctor Skuba can't breathe underwater. This is particularly harmful when he is using his ability.
