History

In 1942 an unscrupulous office building owner/manager hired "one of the underworld's cleverest killers" to drive away customers from a rival building. To all appearances, this "Doctor Thirteen" was simply a hulking thug with a big club, but he successfully escaped from the Doll Man, and his true identity remains unknown even now, so his reputation might be well-earned.
