Doctor Tyme is a super-villain and enemy to the Doom Patrol. His special weapon is a ray that manipulates time, allowing him to freeze objects in stasis. This is mostly used for petty theft and other small crimes. Despite being inconsequential, he mistakenly believes himself to be the Doom Patrol's arch-nemesis. He has also been a member of the Science Squad on Oolong Island. Doctor Tyme was created by Arnold Drake and Bruno Premiani, first appearing in Doom Patrol #92. (1964)
