Dolly Dancer is a Nazi spy who was once tasked with seducing Steve Trevor and getting his rail Code Key.
History
Dolly and Steve went on a number of dates and even slept together before Dolly moved to steal his Code Key. While Dolly thought her plan was going well, despite the repeated interruptions by Wonder Woman, in truth Steve was wise to her orders and stringing her along, giving her a false Code Key in order to trap her and her allies when he appeared to be drunk. During their time together Dolly had become attracted to Steve and she tried to save him from the explosion her superiors had planned before the Army dismantled the Axis plot. While those giving her orders and many other Imperial Japanese and Nazi agents are caught in the American trap Dolly herself escaped.
