Dominus was a despot from the planet Eros.
History
After Rebla was assigned as the leader of Trans Mountania by Planetary Mother Marya she resisted the responsibilities of her position, letting them fall to her advisors like Dominus. After a war broke out between Rebla's faction and Marya her stubbornness and fond memories of relaxing with no responsibilities in Marya's prison led her to hand all of her power over to Dominus and ask to be sent to prison. She was displeased that Dominus did not run his prison like a resort and helped lead a prison revolt that freed Wonder Woman from her cell, resulting in Dominus' defeat and capture.
