Donna Omicidio was a New York City crimelady.
History
She's a ruthless mobster who's had her hands in many shady dealings ever since she made it big during the prohibition. In old age, she often found her operations barred by the Teen Titans and the Vigilante.
When Nightwing and the Titans traced a triple murder committed by Omicido in her youth back to her, she turned State's Evidence against the Mob, an ironic end for a person who ruthlessly executed informants when she was still in power.[1]
