Donna Troy is an ally of Wonder Woman.

History

An orphan girl was rescued by Wonder Woman from a burning building. Having no family of her own, the girl is taken in by Wonder Woman, given Amazon powers and raised as her sidekick Wonder Girl. Wonder Girl eventually took on the secret identity of Donna Troy and became a founding member of the Teen Titans. Eventually Donna took on the identity of Troia and the mantle of Wonder Girl was passed down to Cassie Sandsmark.
