  • The story continues from JLA/Doom Patrol Special #1, Mother Panic/Batman Special #1, Shade, the Changing Girl/Wonder Woman Special #1 and Cave Carson Has a Cybernetic Eye/Swamp Thing Special #1.
  • Batman mentions having faced Barbatos which implies that Milk Wars takes place not long after the events of Dark Nights: Metal.
• Earth 0 is erased by Retconn's reality-altering "Final Refresh Button", but it is restored to existence after being rebooted by Flex Mentallo's Muscle Mystery with a few minor changes.
