Notes

• The unknown woman is revealed to be Laura De Mille who also happens to be a time traveler and an acquaintance of Niles Caulder from his Bureau of Normalcy days.
• Night Nurse's puke causes the Doom Patrol to turn into zombies but they are cured after swallowing Niles Caulder's brain.
• It is implied that Solomon Grundy also exists on Earth-21 as Kipling refers to the zombified Doom Patrol as "Solomons Grundy".
• The ex-agent of the Bureau of Normalcy, Darren Jones, is shown to be a butt-like creature that Crazy Jane renames as were-butt.
  • In the post-credits scene, Jones is shown to have become a zombie after being bitten by one of the Doom Patrol members.

Trivia

• Laura De Mille suggests the Doom Patrol to go back in time in order to find Niles Caulder; they tell her to avoid some weeks as they had to face a giant kaiju and some ghosts invading their home. These are respectively references to the events of Season 2 episodes, Wax Patrol and Sex Patrol.
