Synopsis for "Baptism of Blood"

At Key Mordaz, Florida, the Doom Patrol entered a former Confederate prison through a hole while Batman believed that he had missed something from his previous case and asked Martian Manhunter to check.

In the prison, the Doom Patrol examined the cells in which the Chief kept his most dangerous prisoners before Elasti-Girl crashed through the building. Seventeen minutes earlier, Elasti-Girl, Robotman, and Negative-Man learned that someone had let the prisoners out before they also learned that the vampires had restrained the Chief. Then, the three encountered Wormhole who explained how he met Crucifer and how he worked for him before the Justice League foiled his plan and how he came to the prison, freed the prisoners, and replaced them with vampires. A vampire inhabiting Barrage blasted Larry's Negative form into pieces while Robotman fought vampires inhabiting Megalith and Rubber Maid. After Larry's Negative form had reconstituted, he continued to fight the vampire inhabiting Barrage. As Elasti-Girl helped Robotman with Rubber Maid, Barrage blasted her through a wall and she encountered her other teammates.

Meanwhile, Martian Manhunter sensed that they had accomplished their goal while Batman realized that one of Crucifer's five youths was missing, so they had Green Lantern transport them to the vampire's house and encountered Wormhole, who was being chased by Negative Man although something was wrong with the Doom Patrol member.
