Synopsis for "The Man Who Lived A Lifetime"

On Friday, 2:47 PM, civilians in Sun City stared at Cliff and Rita, who were walking by before a police officer asked the former for his autograph, leading others to want it, so Rita escaped with him by shrinking him down, along with herself. At Key Mordaz, 90 miles south, Nudge, who had waited for Cliff to leave, snuck into his room and found a zapper from Verdalian that kept him from feeling phantom pain. Then, she visited Vortex's room and found his skin and face spread apart before seeing his face.

The Chief had Larry try on new, transparent bandages that also contained radiation while Vortex rushed an unconscious Nudge to them. The Chief learned that Nudge was alive but completely unresponsive and decided to contact her family in order to learn her medical history. At 3:10 PM, Cliff and Larry ate before they learned that something was going down at the Sun City Central Hospital. Rita enlarged and carried Cliff to the hospital before Lieutenant Frank Castro of the S.C.U. showed them that the life energy had been sucked out of newborn babies, as well as out of a woman named Mary Donovan, whose son Gregory was missing.

Gregory, was hiding in an alley and appeared to be no older than five years old, was discovered by a police officer and when they held hands, the officer's life force was drained. Later, Cliff, Rita, and Castro, found the officer, as well as his partner, dead. Cliff also found teeth that were lost when permanent teeth grew. The boy wandered to three female students at Isaac Newton High School before Coach Burkel took him to his office and clothed him before calling Principal Dorn. While the Chief, Larry, and Vortex were still focused on Nudge, they were briefed by Cliff, so Negative Man flew to Sun City with the Chief's device that could detect abberant energies.

Then, Cliff and Castro went to Isaac Newton High School, where they found thirty-seven dead bodies. They learned from a CSI named Wojak that the center of the effect was the coach's office and that the coach was dealing with a teenage boy who wandered onto school property. Rita was transmitting readings back to the Chief and after she recalibrated her scanner, she detected Gregory's energy, as he wandered into Tucker's Diner. As Gregory grabbed a waitress named Ronnie by the neck, he drained the life force out of her. When Cliff and Rita confronted Gregory, the Chief deduced that he was some kind of mutant or energy vampire. Rita planned to enlarge in order to generate enough life energy while confronting him, although Gregory had already died of old age.

After Gregory died, Rita was distraught and Nudge regained consciousness before attacking her teammates, but this was due to five different minds controlling her body.
