Doomsday is an alien who came to Earth looking for Superman.

History

Doomsday was tied to a meteorite that crashed landed near Metropolis. He attacked the city, demanding an audience with Superman; however, his allies, the Superman Family, engaged him instead. He dominated the family until Martha Kent slapped his wrist and guilted him into leaving. Afterwards, he befriended other villains she defeated, a Brainiac Probe and Solomon Grundy.
