Synopsis for the 1st Story
As several factions are fighting around Washington, D.C., Batman and Alfred convince Reggie to become Rorschach once more. After a small talk with Superman, Manhattan regains his hope; he reverts his actions and restores the timeline, and changes Carver Colman's future for the better. Luthor uses a device to return the Comedian to the moment of his death. Stein is arrested for his actions related to the Supermen Theory. At Manhattan's request, Mime and Marionette stay in the DC Universe with their unborn daughter, hoping to reunite with their son in the future. In the Watchmen universe, Ozymandias is imprisoned for his crimes while people around the world protest against the use of nuclear weapons. Reggie is still operating as Rorschach while thanking Lewis and forgiving Kovacs. Manhattan raises Mime and Marionette's son on his own, naming him Clark Osterman and transferring his powers to him; Manhattan then reverts to Jonathan Osterman and reunites with Janey Slater, starting their own family.
