History

Douglas and Rodney Strange, identical twins, were parted in childhood, when Rod was kidnapped by a Chinese pirate. Rod grew up to boss a London gang; Doug won fame as a Scotland Yard detective. They first met as adversaries but soon became partners in Doug's war against crime.
