Dragonfly was a Gotham-based villain.
History
Dragonfly was a criminal known as the "World's Public Enemy No. 1". Her criminal activities earned such recognition above other criminals such as Silken Spider and Tiger Moth. However, the three criminals were challenged by a new contender under the name of Poison Ivy, who managed to prove her superiority over the three criminals, becoming the most dangerous criminal of the lot.[1]
Notes
- Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985–86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
