Wildfire was a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes.
History
Drake Burroughs, despite his alias, is not made of fire, he is an anti-energy release generator—which means he doesn't have an actual body inside his uniform.[1]
He thinks the United Planets is the greatest thing that's ever happened, and he would proudly lay his energies on the line for the Presidente R.J. Brande and the Legion.[1]

- Wildfire was created by Cary Bates and Dave Cockrum, first appearing in Superboy #195. However, in the Post-Rebirth Legion of Super-Heroes continuity Wildfire first appeared in Superman (Volume 5) #14 by Brian Michael Bendis and Ivan Reis.
