Dren Keeg is the Scarlet Skier, archenemy of Green Lantern G'nort.
History
Dren Keeg graduated from the Manga Khan School of Melodrama with honors, specializing in dramatic introspective soliloquies. He worked as locater for the Interplanetary Designer Mister Nebula, who gave him the Cosmic Armor and the skis he uses to traverse space.
The Scarlet Skier was arrested by G'nort on the planet Echtremiss 27 for "abetting redecoration without taste." After getting out of prison, the Skier tracked his enemy to Earth for revenge. His skis were destroyed during the battle, and G'nort tried to make amends with him by repairing them. However, G'nort blew up the equipment, leaving the Skier stranded on Earth with him.[1]

- The Scarlet Skier was created as a parody of Marvel's Silver Surfer character, who served as a herald for Galactus.
