Druce was a Time Master.
History
He tried to stop Rip Hunter in 1986 after Rip had stolen the Waverider and assembled a team of people unimportant to the timeline.[1] Druce had ordered the Pilgrim to kill the Legends' younger selves but she failed.[2]
Druce and the Time Masters were secretly working with Vandal Savage, in an effort to stop Rip and his team from keeping Vandal from taking over the Earth and driving away the Thanagarian invasion. Druce later perished in the explosion of the Oculus, which let the Time Masters see and preserve time.[3]
